Currently have 5 cases open with EA and for some reason 4 have been marked as resolved even tho it’s my third day of the same issue and still not being able to play. I have done all the troubleshooting one could recommend and even uninstalled and re-installed the game. This has been happening since Tuesday 5/26 when the new quest came out. What happens when the bug occurs? I connect to Apex and get into lobby then when I ready up for a match it will show “1 player in queue” or “connecting to match” it will even make the little exploding sound it does when putting you into a match but I stay in the lobby.
